Shipping policy

 

All items are cut, sewn, and packaged in Los Angeles, California. All products can take up to 15 days to be processed and fulfilled.

Standard shipping with our carrier may take between 1-5 days; however, this may be delayed due to COVID restrictions. This time-frame may vary, being faster or a little slower depending on where you are based in the world.

To ensure swift shipping, please be sure to include the apartment and/or suite number, if applicable. 


Once your order has been packaged and sent, we will provide you with your personal tracking number in order to check the progress of your delivery. This will be sent via email. If you have not received an email with a personal tracking number, please email us at contact2xstudios@gmail.com, and we will reply with the necessary information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Currently, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns at this time. Although it is highly unlikely your package will arrive damaged, we will send a replacement only if we have been notified within 5-10 days of its delivery. Customers must also send a picture of the damaged product.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier!
