Refund policy

Returns

At this time, we are currently not accepting returns for safety and sanitary reasons. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, as each item is made-to-order and handmade; however, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. For any order concerns, please reach out to contact2xstudios@gmail.com. 

Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to contact2xstudios@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and your order will be refunded immediately!
