RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges at this time. Please email support@shop2xstudios.com with your order number and preferred exchange size. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of order delivery, and all hygiene tags and garment tags must be attached to qualify for an exchange. We do not allow returns for full refunds at this time. 

Although it is highly unlikely your package will arrive damaged, we will send a replacement only if we have been notified within

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to support@shop2xstudios.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and your order will be refunded immediately!
