Are you accepting return on items?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns on any items at this time. However, please contact us at contact2xstudios@gmail.com, and we will do everything to resolve any issues that have occurred.

Do you offer pickup?

We do not offer local drop-offs or pick-ups at this time. 

How does shipping work?

The processing time for all orders is 1-2 days unless stated otherwise. We are working diligently to ensure that your orders are packaged in a timely manner. 

UPS Expedited Shipping - 1 to 3 days

UPS Expedited Worldwide - 4 to 8 days

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. All of our items are currently shipped from our Atlanta warehouse, and packages are shipped with UPS Worldwide. 

Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please be advised that we do not have any control over delivery times, custom duties, or additional fees. For more information on international deliveries, please contact your customs office.
